Magic Scallions

Another name for scallions are “green onions” or “spring onions.” They are often confused with chives. Scallions are obviously superior. To your right is the picture that comes up if you Wikipedia “scallions.” I’ve made two edits to Wikipedia in my life. One to the transportation section of NYC because someone insinuated that the PATH train costs the same as the subway. One to the my alma matter, which is yet another “small liberal arts college with a beautiful campus, low faculty-to-student ratio, and an impeccable reputation for academic excellence” that nobody’s ever heard of.
